Dependency for package abcdcs and for snakemake workflow should be specified separately?

Some more considerations

  • some snakemake rules also use abcdcs. For these to work properly, while still also able to install abcdcs easily, maybe simplest for now will be having a big env.yaml to be installed.

Related: should download cellpose models in a rule and make clear that it needs to be run where internet access is possible.
