[Feature Request]: Chapter navigation with Channel Up/Down

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Would be nice to be able to remap the channel up/down remote keys to be able to navigate to the next/previous chapter.

Describe the solution you'd like

With the chapter overlay the play/pause action currently skips to the next chapter. This is sometimes done by accident, a dedicated key mapping would be much better.
