often, the bot wont post when it should, usually leaving huge gaps of time as for when the bot is posting.
The bot is set to post every 15 minutes but usually only posts every 30 or 45 minutes

Google randomizes the the timings plus or minus 15 minutes. This is a hard limit that Google has created so it is unlikely to change. Sorry.

I have noticed that too (see my issue). Would it make sense to add a start time for the bot, instead of hitting the run button and then calculate the timing from that given time on every trigger, effectively making up for those delays so that they won't sum up?
