Make a sample form page that

Has a form with three text boxes, for template/state/data
when that's submitted, it raises an ItemsChanged / FormsChanged / PropertyChanged("Forms")
re-fetching the forms will display a second form, with that data

This will serve as a testbed for:

multiple forms on the same page
forms changing on the fly
