How to set labels & taints for zalando PGO nodes in k8s cluster

Dear Zalando team,

In a multiple nodes k8s cluster, I plan to deploy Zalando PGO in 3 dedicated nodes (i.e., these 3 nodes are dedicated for Zalando), while Zalando PGO or Postgres related pods shouldn't be installed outside of the three dedicated k8s nodes.

My question is: how do you setup the labels and taints in the three nodes?

I noticed that in zalando yaml manifests, there have some mention of toleration. If you could share your experience to setup the labels and taints for the relevant k8s nodes, I highly appreciate.
