Builds are failing since December, 6th

Since #642, the builds are failing due to an error when installing Google Chrome.
Sounds like a good opportunity to upgrade the environment that uses Ubuntu 20, node 12, ...

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

or been moved out of Incoming.
