Visualize Link Misdirection From TEST Cube Creator Environment

This is a very minor bug which concerns mainly QOL. When trying to open the direct link to visualize via the "Publication" tab in the TEST environment. One does not get sent to test.visualize.admin.ch instead to int.visualize.admin.ch which will not be able to display the cube as it uses data from TEST.
