Env.: ui v.1.19.0.185-SNAPSHOT | server v.1.19.0.405-SNAPSHOT
Steps:

Delete a user via admin e.g. [email protected] (https://qaprosoft.farm/admin/)
Register a user with the same email
Actual result: email is not sent after registration

Note: need to remove folder and tenant manualy to get registration email
