Describe the feature

When saving a new file, its first line is used as default/placeholder in the "Save As:" field.

Environment

Zed: v0.159.10 (Zed)
OS: macOS 13.7.0
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: x86_64

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

Here, the "Save As:" field could be pre-filled with a_new_file.md.
