Accent color not applying everywhere

What happened?

I changed the color scheme to pink, and see that mostly everywhere. However, not everything has it, most notably Firefox Labs, the Extensions page, the Translations downloads, and the Bookmarks panel that appears with Ctrl+B.

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
