[Bug] Ship upgrades #131

Description

When I open add/replace item on ship I can't see any upgrades for it only "Pulse engine" or "Hyperdrive" there is no S-Tier upgrades etc.

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Starship Category
Right click on free Technology box
Select Add/Replace Item

Expected Behavior

List of ship upgrades

Files

Additional Context

Ships that i tested: Golden Vector, Interceptor
Version: 4.30.0.33-beta.3
Platform: Steam
