[Bug] [Issue] Adding Legacy part not working in Xbox Game pass

Description

So, I Found Thing called "Legacy Parts" which one removed in Frontiers.
And, I Found "Concrete Parts", that looked cool. I Tried to add that in my game, And Tab not showing in my building menu.
I'm using XGP Edition of no mans sky, like what Title says.
With Freighter Legacy parts, It work well but no stairs sadly.

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Catalogue'
2. Add All or some Legacy parts
3. Boot the game
4. Bug happens (Legacy parts tab not showing in menu

Excepted Behaviors

This should add tab called "Legacy parts" when i added legacy parts in game
