Overwriting a folder with one of the same name doesn't work on an FTP server

If I try to copy a folder to an FTP sercer's directory where it contains a folder of the same name, Material Files shows me a java8.nio.file.NoSuchFileE xception: /switch: 550 File exists error message rather than prompting me with the expected "Do you want to overwrite?" message.
