Edit the position when displayed on the taskbar windows 11. #1848

When selecting to display on the taskbar on windows 11, you edit it so that it appears in the middle of the left side both horizontally and vertically. As of now I cannot adjust it to appear close to the top horizontally and close to the right of the left half. Thanks!
