Files with other licenses than New BSD License used

There are (at lest) two files in the repository that are not licensed under the 
New BSD License like the web page and the LICENCE file states.

The files and licences are:
- src/client/mac/handler/breakpad_nlist_64.cc - Apple PSL 2.0
- src/common/mac/testing/GTMSenTestCase.h - ASL v2

Can Breakpad be considered to be released under a BSD License when it uses code 
with Apple PSL 2.0 and ASL v2 license?
