Can't build using GitHub Actions

I'm trying to build BlockLauncher using GitHub Actions, but it seems it needs some secrets, how can I get them?

you have to use Ghidra or IDA Pro to change its version to 1.16/1.17, you can find cracked version of IDA Pro which is preffered which work, IDA Pro is basically a dissassembly to dissassemble the apk you got from github actions
