Download speed issue ?

Hi I’m using unriad which I have this as a docker container which is pulling around 3mbs, granted this is a large number of files however doing a speed test I can get 10/15 mbs at the same time on my phone (unraid is connected through Ethernet) is there possible way of fixing this or is this because it’s containerised. Anyone have any experience with this issue ?
