从3月9日到现在, 两个月时间尝试每天吃两顿, 不吃晚饭.

现在出现的问题是, 感觉人变太瘦了, 而且中气不足. 手表HRV值前期提高很多, 但是现在似乎又恢复到原来的状态.

每个人身体,生活习惯各异,这个要应用还是有一定门槛的。需要考虑下:

  • 个人每天能量代谢的总量
  • 一天总能量摄入需要达到多少
  • 总能量摄入如何分配到合理的碳水、脂肪、蛋白质组成
  • 睡眠,运动等其它日常习惯的配合

如果找不到原因,还是回复之前的饮食习惯,没必要一味追求禁食 :)
