[Feature]: Enable backup of milvus data from ExternalS3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am planning of upgrading milvus from 2.3.10 to 2.4.1. To be on safer side, I would like backup my data from externalS3 and should be able to recover from this if a disaster occurs. I am currently using external aws S3 to store the segments and other logs. I don't use minio for persistence. Is it possible to backup the data present in external S3?

If not, can such a feature be implemented?
