Special handling for generic webpage translator

We'll need some special handling of the generic webpage translator (zotero/translators#1092). The client should show the gray icon when that's the only matching translator, and it'll need to mirror the existing with/without snapshot options in the context menu. Might be some other things too.

And once that translator is in place, we should be able to remove some other code.
