Reference: denoland/deno#19078

Worked around this Deno + npm:mongo bug by using netcat to check that port is alive first.

Reproduction:

Stand up a cluster but turn off one node
Run msh without the netcat workaround
Watch it ECONNRESET in a way that cannot be handed via promise catches or try/catches.
