Animation for pie and line graph half-working on iPad.

On iPad Chrome, pie segment expanded on touch (on segment or label), but will not restore on touching other segments. Line graph dot expanded on touch and won't restore. Scrolling causes expanded dots to be dislocated. on iPad Safari, behavior is quite sporadic.

On Android Chrome, pie segment restore upon touching other segments. Same for line graph.
