Kindly refer to the image attached. It seems that the plugin deals badly with merged cells. It does not automatically add empty cells but rather it moves the entire right cells upwards. Making the arrangement totally wrong. I resolve this temporarily by un-merging the cells.

I also have this issue when using colspan to merge cells.
