1.0 问题描述：一拖多启动多个ouster，就添加group标签，导致话题发送改变，而os_cloud_node节点，使用remap映射的方式来订阅话题，那个订阅的话题没改成新的话题名和服务名，使得os_cloud_node节点一直阻塞状态，无法往下执行，而发布了不了话题
