0901 autoware之ndt_matching无法gpu模式下运行 #8

1.0 问题描述：
            ①  gpu模式下启动[ndt_matching]报错，没有定位效果。
            ② 终端运行【rosrun rqt_tf_free rqt_tf_free】,发现树没有连接起来
            ③ 打开rviz 只看见pcd地图，没有雷达数据

2.0 问题原因：cuda没有安装【通过$ nvidia-smi 查看】
3.0 解决办法：安装cuda
