Inject orbit processor into print_clonotypes.

Trim down args to orbit proc.
Start pulling enclone_print code into here.
Pull in mammalian_fixed_len stuff.
Update to keep stats internal to enclone.
Rename enclone_print -> enclone_process.
Remove export_code test.
