Shoots balls once motors are at desired speed, increments ball count accordingly. Will not run if ball count <1.
TODO: Implement semiauto function for shooting balls
Bools for sensor values are now in index vars
TODO: Configure default intake routine logic to account for 4 ball index 1 ball funnel system.
