Because you are using Bio.Entrez I think it will be fine to completely remove the sleep as the doc says that the Entrez library respects the limit. However, if you are still worried as the limit is up to 3 requests per second (really 10 using the API I think) you can definitely reduce the sleep to 1 and be sure that you won't be blocked.

Added new wrangler notebook - for a given list of PMIDs the script will provide associated GEO dataset accessions (if in GEO).
