WIP - want to attempt to gracefully deal with conflicting uuids between envs.
to use same type of input as release script (list of IDs or search),
use expand_es_metadata
update the notebook documentation
NOTE: have not updated the sections to transfer attachments or files - hoping to get a version that @clarabakker can use for transferring things to webdev from data but the uuid conflicts are still a problem there.
