Remember collapsed state of object behaviors

Description

When many behaviors are applied to an object, the behaviors tab becomes very long (especially with advanced behaviors).
It is frustrating to scroll down several pages to make small changes. Collapsing the behaviors is the best way to handle this, but this needs to be performed each time the object behaviors are edited.

Solution suggested

Remember the collapsed state for behaviors so the user only has to collapse them once.
