Use the Arduino Yun & the corresponding code in arduino/ratpack_yun to get some rat pack action going with this awesome little device. You can use the sketch in fritzing/ratpack_wifly.jpg without the pull up resistor. Dedicated sketch will probably, but I think you can get the idea anyways: connect a pushbutton to pin 2 & a LED to pin 9, there you go: the internet of things right at your hands.
