xls2tab_Rfor my Galaxy instance. Would like to add it when tested and added to the planemo monitor.Supersedes #56 .. which I noticed to late
Edit: Not sure if actions need to be enabled here / if 541105e needs to be added separately. To get it working properly (automatic deployment to the TS) we will need the TS api keys as secrets.
