Final revision

This update is the final revision for the plugin itself, icons will be updated when Feather has added a new one.

Here's what's new:

• Completely refreshed design of the plugin, designed to be efficient and easier to use
• Re-exported all icons, all icons are now boxed in a 512x512 shape, which now it should be easier to scale while maintaining consistency
• A huge recode in the source code, providing a much well-structured codebase
• The plugin will insert/apply icon to every selected object now
• Added ChangeHistoryService support, thanks @AdvancedDrone!

Image support & UX improvement

This release includes the following changes:

• Plugin now support images, you can apply the icon to the image instead of creating a new image inside the selected object
• When loading icons, plugin will show the number of icons loaded in the title bar
