Took me a little bit to figure out what to install and how to run things, figured I'd share it. I'm not actually sure the flashrom commands will actually succeed on macOS like this, as I don't have any memory chip available, but I can update the instructions when I do and there's something to fix.

Why are the device suffixes not consecutive (1, 3, 5) – I don't know.
