docs: Include some macOS-centric instructions #21

Took me a little bit to figure out what to install and how to run things, figured I'd share it.

I'm not actually sure the flashrom commands will actually succeed on macOS like this, as I don't have any memory chip available, but I can update the instructions when I do and there's something to fix.

Why are the device suffixes not consecutive (1, 3, 5) – I don't know.

Thanks for writing some macOS instructions. I don't really got any Windows or mac machines available here to test so I documented only for what I have. I'll spend some time polishing the docs for more user environments like Windows as well.
