  1. Fix get_entropy_input and clear_entropy_input when WITH_TEST_ENTROPY_… 

    …SOURCE=1

(index issues when reseeding from OS random, and avoid resetting the whole
entropy pool when only cleaning the buffer which is suboptimal).

Also update README regarging the naive implementation of these APIs.
