Quick guide to building AOKPCB

$ repo init -u https://github.com/AOKPCB/platform_manifest.git -b ics
$ repo sync
$ cd vendor/aokp && ./get-prebuilts && cd ../..
$ . platform_manifest/manual_add_kernel_manifest.sh
$ . build/envsetup.sh
$ lunch
$ make bacon
