New Wedding Functionality!

• Weddings can be created, deleted, assigned and unassigned to contacts, to manage what weddings each person is involved in.
• Force flag allows more flexibility in commands, allowing the user to force the creation of a wedding when assigning it to a person if the wedding does not already exist in the system.
• Weddings exist separately to people, meaning that in future, details not specific to any guest but related to a wedding can be added in.
