DB SYSTEMS FINAL PROJECT

Let's make this happen B)

Application will have a flutter framework, and will use dart to fetch
information from a MySQL Database. The data will be stored locally on 
the user's device. 

Environment Notes:
* Using flutter on vscode/android studio
* Need to determine how to host locally (xampp/mysql workbench/etc.)
