This update addresses a couple of bugs from 1.5.3.6.
Fixes
- PRoCon.Service not actually starting procon. Code was removed by accident when removing the usage data.
- Updated the About boxes to remove tabs that were no longer working.
- Fixed the missing file that caused the servers to not show up under the My Connections String.
- Updated options menu to include checkboxes for RSS Feed and local GeoIP data (GeoIP data doesn't do anything, yet..)
