Ad Speedup 39

This is an extension for speeding up and automatically skipping YouTube ads.
It is distributed for those who are fed up with the deterioration of a certain extension.
It is designed to be simple, focusing only on essential functions without any unnecessary features.

• Download the latest version:
  https://github.com/AkibaSensei/AdSpeedup39/releases/latest

• To make it work, save all the files locally and load them into Chrome's extensions.
  Example of the save location:
  C:\Users\<username>\Documents\extensions\AdSpeedup39

• The introduction of the local extension requires a series of steps.

1. Turn on "Developer mode" in the upper right of the Chrome extensions screen.
2. Load the folder you saved earlier by selecting "Load unpacked" for the extension.

• When introducing the extension locally, Chrome may display a warning. If it becomes bothersome, you can disable it with the following settings. This is optional.
  Open chrome://flags/#extensions-on-chrome-urls, go to the Experiments screen, and change "Extensions on chrome:// URLs" to "Disabled."
