VKO vim configuration

Advanced VIM Configuration for FullStack Developers, for now it's supporting.

• Backend: Ruby on Rails, Python and Elixir.
• Front-end: React
• Ops: Docker, Nginx, Ansible.

Only tested with Neovim.
