This repository is for data exploration and analysis of the Cenozoic foraminifera dataset (data/foram_dataset.xlsx)

Running the foram_database_omega.py script produces a single dataframe containing the datat set with additional Omega values.
This is saved to data/foram_dataframe.csv

The data/foram_dataframe.csv is then used by the foram_TE_eda.py script for exploratory data analysis
