control which images are used for cellpose

expose a command line arg (and app panel param) that lets users choose which images are used for cellpose anatomical mode.

existing anatomical_only arg does this, so all we need to do is add correlation as an option, and add an app panel to our production capsule(s).

Currently the command line arg --anatomical_only supports mean and max, but neither correlation nor multi-select
