Note:

If you're trying to install Android L on your Nexus4 for the first time or looking to perform a completely clean installation and update, please refer to these instructions.

Instructions:

  1. Download the latest build from here and place it in your internal storage in /sdcard -- If you're needing mirrors, micku7zu tries to keep an up-to-date set of mirrors that you can find here.

  2. Reboot into your recovery, either CWM or TWRP

  3. Go into 'Advanced' from the main menu of your recovery and select 'Wipe Dalvik Cache' and 'Wipe Cache'

  4. Install the zip file you placed on your phone

  5. Repeat step 3

  6. Reboot

  7. Wait 10 or so minutes for the phone to fully boot up and perform a system upgrade if necessary.
