Added problem matching and refactored some code

Settings were removed in favour of simply using the current python interpreter and installed pysys. The release of PySys v1.6+ means we can now use the test output directly from the terminal task and populate the problems tab when errors occur.

Updated docs to reflect some of the changes and highlight the features more.
