Make sure supporting recipes for Paper 2 are available at the same time. While still avoiding unnecessary prerequisites
Better differentiation between Sodium Processing 1 and Sodium Processing 2
Changes to make the Heavy offshore pump work nicely with Helmod
- Make sure Enhancement Block 5 is available for Radar 5
- Fix packs for Bob's Drone techs (when Logistics mod isn't enabled)
- Hide Bob's oil processing recipe (when MCI and Electronics aren't enabled)
For naming consistency with Gold Wire Coil
Recipe now requires a fluid
