BSgenome for Chicken

This is a R package for the ENSEMBL release 103 version of the galGal6 (Gallus gallus) chicken genome. It may come in handy while working with chromVAR or other annotation packages.

Building package

To build the package, update the path to the 2bit DNA file in NAMESPACE and run Rscript build.R
