Support highlighting 3 more acet-* functions

Objective

Support highlighting 3 more acet-* functions which are documented on the AutoCAD online help site.

Abstractions

Add 3 more acet-* functions into data files for highlighting and auto-completion. This is to address a part of #221.

They are not documented in acetutil.chm, but explained on the AutoCAD online help site:

• acet-laytrans
• acet-ms-to-ps
• acet-ps-to-ms

Tests performed

Both highlighting and auto-completion work as expected.
