When posts containing videos are pulled from another WP site, the RSS feed contains the HTML output.
We need to convert this into a video shortcode to save the post in the destination site and ensure the video works.
This PR achieves that by detecting embedded videos, pulling out the video URL and replacing the HTML with the shortcode.
