Add additional convenience APIs to JSON model structure

Description

Adds additional convenience APIs to the JSON model structure to simplify usage.

• APIs for adding properties and elements to JsonArray and JsonObject without needing the create the JSON primitive types.
• APIs for converting between JsonElement subtypes without the need to typecast.
